This weekend we will gather a group of friends to help us harvest olives to be pressed into luscious oil. I love this time of year because the seeds that were planted and the fruit that was cultivated are ready to be enjoyed in abundance.
It is also a great time to take a look at what we are harvesting in our lives. What business or personal goals are we harvesting? What health or relationship dynamics are present? What are we harvesting that is meaningful? Radiant?
If we want apples, we shouldn’t plant watermelon seeds.
When we look at the radiance we want in our life, does what we think we are planting align with what we are harvesting, or are we stuck in old habits that keep us from growing? Do we want prosperity, joy, connection, and intimacy, but act in ways that do not nurture those things?
The tree that grows and the fruit it bears, came from its roots: the intricate system that gives and takes from its environment to create a bountiful harvest. We can’t make a watermelon vine grow apples…the roots won’t support it.
So much of what we do lies beneath the surface, in our roots. Of course, our roots are just doing their job, creating what they were told to from our subconscious mind. We may have created habits that no longer serve what want to cultivate.
It may be time for some new seeds. Learning to trust our intuition successessay and practicing self-care and acceptance are a great place to start. When we become aware and consciously plant the seeds and nurture the roots that support what we want to harvest, there is no stopping us.
For maximum radiance, we can plant our seeds in an orchard full of other like-minded trees so they can cross-pollinate and exchange what makes them so special and delicious. We can also take the fruit we harvest and blend it with the fruit from other types of trees to enjoy lots of different flavors.
• What are you harvesting in your life now?
• More importantly, what seeds are you planting for the future?
• Who will you cross-pollinate your ideas, passions, and dreams with?
I’m excited to start receiving your newsletters & reading your fantastic Blogs! ;D

Yes! I should definitely do that. I will ask the people who made the site to help me set that up. Thank you.
