Calling Your Soul Back with a Day of Mindfulness and Meditation…
A crazy-busy lifestyle and continual growth can leave us feeling uprooted and disconnected, so Soul Renewal is like a day in the “intensive care unit” where you get to plug back in to your authentic self.
The majority of the day will be in silence…I will guide you each step of the way.
We begin by reconnecting to your body and quieting your mind. You will learn and practice simple breathing and basic mindfulness meditation techniques that will serve you throughout the day (and your life).
Next, you will hike to the Medicine Wheel to gather wisdom and set your intention. I will share what a Medicine Wheel is and how it works, so that you can get the most benefit from your experience.
Then, you will be guided to several areas of our 172-acre ranch. Each sacred space offers unique energies to help you clear any unwanted, old “dross”, and open you to Divine Inspiration. We will spend 40ish minutes at each space, and the hikes are just 10-20 minutes between stops.
You must be healthy and able to hike uphill (although we take that in parts).
A light lunch will be provided. Please let me know if you have special needs.
You will need:
1. Boots or hiking shoes.
2. Walking sticks (optional, but recommended).
3. Something to sit on.
4. Water bottle (water bottles available, but you may want your own).
5. Journal (optional).
This is a rare opportunity to spend 6 hours silently in nature, meditating, journaling, and listening to your soul…
Please register below to apply for one of our limited spaces as soon as possible.
I created my personal Soul Renewal practice about 10 years ago, spending many solitary hours in the hills throughout the year, and can’t imagine my life without it. About 5 years ago, I began inviting people to join me and have typically led 1-4 events each year. Because we are opening a new EncoreGym, this will be the ONLY Soul Renewal Hike for 2017.
I look forward to sharing this opportunity to have a day of total presence.
