Thank you to all of you who have come to my Radiant Body workshops and offered yourselves as guinea pigs before we got it right. Yeah, it was A LOT more difficult at the beginning, my background in gymnastics, dance, and yoga got in the way 🙂
But, thanks to your feedback, we have come up with a fun stretch that wakes up every part of our body, feels awesome, and is easy to do in just a few minutes a day!
